Notice at Collection for California Candidates

India USA Partnership™️ Foundation & Bharat USA Foundation™️, collectively (the “IUP”), is collecting your personal information to assess your candidacy for a position at the IUP.

We may also collect certain sensitive personal information through our diversity questions, all of which are optional. Information about you from IUP employees who interview you and who may provide feedback about you.
